Cold pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained from olives harvested between Octiber and November.
Processing combines traditional methods with modern technology, ensuring the preservation of the raw material's chemical and sensory characteristics. Stored in stainless steel silos, it features a very low acidity level (0.11-0.19% at origin).
Characterized by a green color with golden reflections, a clean olive aroma with vegetal notes, and an intense, fruity sensory profile. On the palate it is full-bodied with medium fluidity, pleasantly pungent and with a light bitter aftertaste, indicative of a high phenolic content.
Particularly suitable for raw use on salads, bruschetta, vegetable soups, first courses, red and white meats, fish and various sauces.
